I sent money to a Chinese factory for a service and later contacted the factory agent to let him know I'd sent the money, he checked and said he didn't receive the money but later we both released the paypal email address I sent the money to was inactive and the factory agent had forgotten to inform me. I tried refunding but since I did't have any documents to provide in the section of the prove of product or something like that, the refund did not go through. I don't have a document to confirm the product because I'm not paying for a product I'm paying for a service to be rendered for me. What do I do in this case?

If you are unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
