Paypal.me not working

I am trying to create a paypal.me but every time i do it just comes up with We're sorry. something seems to have gone wrong we're having a problem right now.
i live in australia if that helps

From the link the option for a paypal.me account is available in Australia.

So all I can suggest is the clear cookies/history option OR try another browser or device?
