Why can't i withdraw my money even after 180 days coz i recieved an email which says "Hello, Mpuni Merriam Banda PayPal Status of your PayPal funds Your PayPal funds are now eligible for withdrawal. To withdraw funds from your account, please log in to PayPal. As a reminder, access to your account will remain limited. While access to your account is limited, you may: * place logos into your auction listings or on your website * update your account information * withdraw funds from your account You may not: * send or request money * receive payments * add funds to your account * close your account Thank you for using PayPal." But still when i try to withdraw, it says there is a problem with my account. Ive tried to call aand the phone wasn't answered and tried to get help on your resolution center and nothing have changed

Are you withdrawing to an FNB bank account required in your country + is it added and confirmed already on your Paypal account?

I've tried to add my FNB account on PayPal and PayPal app says theres a problem with my PayPal account coz it's still limited even after 180 days. So my question is how do we remove the limitations, in order for me to add my FNB banking details to withdraw my money?

So the answer to my question is no, you don't have an FNB bank account linked and confirmed on your paypal account?

You can normally withdraw funds after 180 days as long as you have a linked and confirmed bank account ON your paypal account, if you do not then its unlikely you can 'add' one to a limited account.

So you would need to contact customer services to see if they can help you access your funds. 

You can't remove the limitation as the account is permanently limited and  you are permanently banned from using paypal unfortunately.
