Hi, I've just tried to top up Steam balance via PayPal, money was gone from my bank account, but Steam says that payment was incompleted. In PayPal transaction/payments history i can't even see the transaction. I tried 2nd time, and still the same! No history of transaction, no money on steam, but money are gone from bank. How to fix it or refund?
