Unable to Withdraw Funds Due to Account Limitation – Assistance Required

Hello,

My account has been limited for the past 60 days, and the total amount has been on hold. Recently, I noticed that a portion of the amount is now available for withdrawal. However, when I attempt to withdraw, my bank is not connecting, and I keep receiving an error stating that my account is limited.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hello @umerahmed

Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting here!

I do understand your concern regarding your account being limited. For the safety and security of the network, PayPal often review accounts for potential risks which may lead to a limitation being placed on the account, depending on what is found during the review, your account may become limited. Here is an article that can help you understand which documents required to remove limitation on your account www.paypal.com/cshelp/article/help506 . You can reach out to our team to help you with the further steps and provide you additional help. Please connect with our Support Team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page.

Hope this information helps

It sounds like you're out of luck. They similarly disabled my account for no reason. They do not have to tell you why. The best response I got was that they couldn't tell me why it was disabled due to concerns about revealing their proprietary methods. You should use another service like CashApp or Zelle. That's literally what the support agents told me. Best of luck dude.
