Every time I try to add funds at a retailer my transaction is denied,I called customer service and the rep told me that I haven't used my PayPal enough to be allowed this option but I've had my PayPal for many years with no issues so why me ,I know my friends are able to do this and I have had my account longer anyone know anything about this?
