failed PayPal checkout still took money out of my bank account

i was trying to order something online and at first was trying to use PayPal own checkout system for it but it closed when I passed continue on the card selection screen so i chose to just use the website own checkout system, later I found 2 pending transaction on my bank account one from the failed PayPal checkout and the other direct from the card to the site.  but i cant find this failed transaction on my PayPal account page and only have one confirmation email from the website for the order i did with my card not with PayPal.

Should drop back to your bank account in a few days then. However if not then as paypal has not got the money and your bank sent it speak to your bank?
