trouble with payment method

Im trying to purchase something online but paypal keeps asking for a new payment method even tho I have already put one. When I put my existing bank again nothing happens. This happens only inside of the app I am trying to purchase from. In the paypal app my bank is already connected.

If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
