Can I buy and send bitcoin on PayPal ?

I know I can purchase bitcoin on PayPal but it is unclear to me whether not I can send bitcoin.

With PayPal you can:

• Send and receive Crypto to and from eligible confirmed personal PayPal accounts in the U.S. and U.S. Territories (excluding Hawaii.)
• Buy, hold and sell Crypto.
