Cannot add Thai bank account and NDID verification.

I've tried to add the bank account many times with the different accounts, but I have got the message below.

Also NDID when I've clicked on the bank it's always back to the NDID verification introduction page.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to add your bank account. As per the error message, it looks like there is a pending action/issue in your account. Any pending actions/issues in your account can prevent you from completing certain actions with your account. You can try to link your bank account after clearing the pending actions in your account.  Please go the resolution center or check your notification tab to check for any pending actions and resolve it. Once you complete the steps, it may take up to 5-7 business days to review the information and update you via email.
