My debit card linked with my PayPal account but it doesn't appear on Paypal wallet or at my bank account to confirm it. as well as PayPal didn't charge me anything. I tried to add the same card to another Paypal account but the note told me that my card number is linked with other Paypal account. any assistance in this error.
