I apparently cannot use my acc as a form of payment for merchants because paypal "chooses" who they want to pay. **bleep** app. Disgusting service. Security issue because apparently my account is new and told there is no way to fix!!!! payments declined and told to pay merchants using other payment method even though these merchants accept paypal as a form of payment. BOYCOTT PAYPAL.
Same issues, except that mine seem to be security related, but same issues as far as help goes. As soon as my payment to the mastercard clears I'll be closing my account. Have been a PayPal member since 2017, I have to say they are the worst customer service imaginable. Not even the slightest attempt to help, I'll be so glad to be done with this **bleep** company.
