I want to pay for the overdue. I cant get any help from the chat. I have tried all the options or tasks as per the chat I need to reolve this, in 2024 we cant even get simply things to work. I have added my bank account and debit card. WHen i go to add money Irt takes to the page where i dont see either of  my  2 methods of payment.

Do you mean you have a negative balance?

If so then if it was caused by your bank account then paypal may have removed the option to use that bank account >>>

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Or mail a cheque as per link.

5. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.
