Please help. I am waiting for a new debit card from my bank and I needed to pay some bills so I withdrew cash and added it to my Paypal at CVS. The money for four hours has read "Unclaimed" and pending and is not available. I have now talked to at least eight customer service agents including two "supervisors" and none of them have had any helpful suggestions, have not fixed this and seem to have no idea what I am even asking. This was ALL my available money and it's completely unavailable.
