From Senegal, west Africa, didnot received the confirmation code to confirm my debit bank card/Visa after more a week that Paypal deduced their fees,really need help. Thanks

kindly print out your bank statement, you will find the debit of 1.95$ in your account statement with the 4digit code attach to the debit narrative.
use the 4digit to confirm your bank visa debit card
