I am sorry to know about the unrecognized charges on your account. As you have mentioned that you haven't authorized these transactions, the first step that needs to be taken is to check for the active billing agreement payment and have it canceled. Once you have canceled, you can report the charges through the Resolution Center by following the steps in this link so that our concerned team can review the case.
