Thank you. I was concerned because we received two different emails saying we had earned the $10 Bounce Back reward. One of them mentions the date 10/19/16 - almost like you have to spend the $10 by that date but doesn't come out and say that in the terms and conditions. Also, the second email apologizes for the credit being delayed due to some sort of system issue and that email says the $10 credit will not expire. Two different emails so wasn't sure. Here is the first email. This is from the second email: Just thought you'd like to know PayPal Pte Ltd sent you $10.00 USD. Note from sender, PayPal Pte Ltd: You recently qualified for a reward on a PayPal purchase. Due to a system issue, this credit may not have been successfully applied. We apologize for any inconvenience and have added this credit to your PayPal balance. This credit will not expire and will be automatically applied to a future PayPal transaction. You may also transfer the money to a bank account linked with your PayPal account
