Blocked me from taking ebay payments

Has anyone resolved anything with this customer team? I was on hold for 17 minutes and disconnected They've blocked me from "receiving!!" payments because I  haven't verified my bank account, there's no deposits in my bank account as they claimed, can they do this??? They are preventing me a s merchant from accepting payments because their system isn't functioning properly. Who is their competitor because I'd like another option to take payments. I've never heard of such a thing.

Just ask for the payments to be re-sent if you have not received them.

And yes they can do this as its their site and their rules.

but is there a positive balance in your bank account and how long has it been open?
