Does PayPal work with FedEx as well as UPS?

Just looking for some info, since PayPal support on this topic seems to be having problems at the moment.

 

Does the PayPal environment support FedEx shipping as well as UPS in its Merchant Services setup?

Yes, PayPals efforts to have anything on FedEx is sorely lacking. Just like FedEx is sorely lacking in pickup locations in Louisville Kentucky. I'm having second thoughts on shipping with them if I have to drive to Tinbucktoo just to get a ground package to FedEx. I want to know when I pay FedEx for shipping lable, when does it show up on my PayPal. Anyone know?
