How do i stop the endless cycle of forced password changes? I've had to change the password 3 times now and since its a club account I have to send the new password to the other 2 users which is a pain. Is there anyway around this?

Just to follow up and end this topic, PayPal customer support replied that whenever it suspects an unauthorized login it will force you to change the password whether you want to or not. For those of you using multiple mobile devices expect to spend some time keeping track of your passwords!

I suspect that multiple users using multiple login devices would create security issues with PayPal and password changes help to prevent unauthorized access.

You could call PayPal customer support and explain the muliple user access to see if there is another approach.

Actually, I tried to verify this before I even set up the account but the Catch-22 is you have to set up an account before you can get any kind of answers about how to set up an account! I have the multiple users workable at my end but I need PayPal to stop forcing changes to MY! password.

Did you call PayPal and talk to a customer service person.

This is a user forum, not customer support.  Stating what PayPal needs to do isn't going to solve your problem.

LOL !!!! The irony here is that it is the potentially fraudulent log in that sets the new password !!???

How in God's name does this protect the account if the fraudster gets to change the password ???

I need to log in to change my CC details and I am trying from my work computer but can't unless I change my password???

INSANE!!!
