I get several international orders that ship to Canada. Because of the weight limits for flat rate shipping, I have to ship the items in two separate shipping boxes. I would like to find an easy step to just enter the information once, and have it print out two shipping labels, since bot boxes contain the exact same item in each, and are both going to the exact same customer. Is there a way to do this? It's a single order, but requires two boxes to ship.
Also, has anyone else noticed that you cant print shipping labels for Canada from the milti-shipping tool?

Here's a few things you can try. These instructions worked with the old or classic interface, so you may run into some differences but, worth a try. As for your other question, with the new interface, there's been too many changes to keep up with therefore, suggest that you follow-up with customer support with your concerns.
To ship multiple boxes for your order, click on the link that says 'Ship Multiple boxes for this order' at the bottom of your 'Label Completed' page.
Another method is to create subsequent labels by clicking on the 'Details' link next to the payment from your buyer and click 'Ship Another' at the bottom of the Details page.
To create multiple labels for single payment:
Login to your account.
Go to your Transactions.
Find the PayPal payment from your buyer for which you created the first label.
Click the "Details" link in the Details column of the payment.
Scroll to the bottom of the Transaction Details page.
Click on "Ship Another."
Create another label as needed.
Note: Make sure you select the Details link next to the payment from your buyer and not the Details for your shipping fee from USPS or UPS.
