LLC in USA as non-resident

Hello,

I'm freelancer and I plan to open LLC in USA (Delaware) but I live in Poland, also I plan to have a bank account in Poland. Is it possible to open Paypal business account when I have LLC in USA but residency in Poland?

If you are referring to a U.S. PayPal Business account, it is definitely possible.  The account would need to have a U.S. business address to act as a billing address for the account.  This means that the new business would need to have physical presence in the U.S. to operate a U.S. Business account.

A U.S. PayPal account would also only accept a U.S. bank account.

A Polish PayPal account would require a Polish address but also allow both a Polish and U.S. bank account to be used.
