Hopefully this helps if you haven't gotten your problem solved or if someone else has the same issue... I was trying to look up the full account number for a account, wells Fargo, that I rarely use and came across something that said there are two different routing numbers for certain things, one being the regular one on your paper checks and used for check by phone and another for I believe it said something to do with online services or ACH transfers. I found it by logging into the wells Fargo website, full site not mobile, and searched routing under the help section. If you are unable to find this call wells Fargo as I believe they are open 24hours. Again I hope this.
