I hate this new PP page. I can't find half of the things that were right there 2 weeks ago. Where is the PayPal's Multi-order Shipping Tool ?
Use this shortcut URL, it's simpler than trying to explain how to get from point A to point B.

Assuming you're not logged into your account, copy and paste the URL into your web browser, then press "enter". You should get a PayPal Login Screen. After you login, you should be redirected.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
