Since today i am noticing that there is a significant delay (about 15-20 minutes) for PayPal Payment notification and also IPN is delay for 15-20 minutes. The orders are not converting in to "complete" due to IPN delay and customers are calling. is anyone out there experiencing the same?
It's been almost 25 minutes the last transaction was posted, but payment notification email came after 25 minutes and i still do not see IPN for the transaction in the IPN history.
Again this afternoon, the same problem started. It was resolved last week, but now i am again getting payment notification about 30-40 minutes dealyed and IPN is also 30 minutes delayed. It is fustrating.....Better fix ASAP.
