Priority Flat Rate shipping envelope

I was wondering if the "priority flat rate envelope" listed in multi-order shipping is for all flat rate envelopes? I'm using the padded envelope and I made a label with it. Has anyone had any problems with sending it out with the label?

As long as it is the USPS supplied envelope with Flat Rate printed on it, it's OK.  You just can't use any envelope and categorize it as Flat Rate.

It's the USPS padded envelope... I wasn't sure if I could so I voided the label and reprinted on the USPS website. On paypal it lists $5.05 for the envelope but it should cost $5.70 so I wasn't sure if the receiver would have to pay a fee. I read this on some where else and heard mixed stories on this. Lots of people had no problems using this label on the padded flat rate but a lot of people had to pay extra when going to P.O. using the label...

The padded envelope costs more to ship, and is not an option to use with paypal.  It may get through or it may get rejected and returned or the recepient may have to pay an upcharge, depending on how close the post office looks.  When I ship a padded flat rate envelope, I buy the label from USPS.com website and then just paste the tracking number into my paypal buyer's ship info.

It would be nice if paypal offered this envelope as an option.

I noticed the price differences on the USPS website but never knew about it before. I've send hundreds of various sized envelopes including the padded, using the flat rate envelope postage in paypal and it never had an issue getting to the recipient.
