Shipping Error Code 6565

Every time I try to print out a shipping label to Singapore, it gives me an Error 6565. I know it exceeds 40 characters and have shortened it which works perfectly but it gives me an Error code 6565. So I have to take it to the post office and it cost me more which comes out of my pocket since I'm not getting the online discount.  The post office says the address is correct. Tried to ship on eBay and directly through papal.

What we do when encountering errors with PayPal shipping is to try the USPS online site and use Click N' Ship.  Should we get the same error there, then we know that the issue is with USPS.  PayPal's shipping service is provided by a 3rd party company, Pitney Bowes.  This is the same company that provides shipping solutions to many businesses, both big and small.  What they do is provide a custom interface with direct links to USPS.  Sometimes the errors are a result of the interface links or it can actually come from USPS.  From the end user's perspective, there's no way to tell other than go directly to USPS.

I was having the same problem shipping to Singapore. I went to the USPS website and was able to print it with no problem.  I was able to use my Paypal account to pay. BTW the excemption code is A
