Shipping options not available to buyer

I want to have 2 shipping options when a customer reviews the cart.  I have 2 profiles set up.  One for USPS First Class shipping and one for USPS Priority.

However, during check out, there's no option to choose between the 2 methods

 

How can I set it so that when they put in their ZIP code, they also have the option to choose the deliver method?

 

I've seen other posts regarding this, but none of them ever get an answer.

IS there an answer for this issue?

Zip Codes are not associated with Shipping Methods.  Zip Codes are used for Sales Tax calculations. If you have setup more than one shipping method, the choice is not shown to the customer until the last part of the Checkout process.  Note, if you have included any shipping override variables in your item button code, the shipping method dropdown selection is not shown.  If you're not using any shipping override variables and the dropdown selection for shipping methods is not displayed, then you should open a Support Ticket here:
