Making UPS Labels through Paypal is more than TWICE as expensive as FedEx Ground thru eBay.... Why the huge difference?
No encentive credits set up. Do you have a UPS account? If so set it up through paypal it knows your discounts.
Or just use Worldship, PayPal sucks for printing labels in an effective method. Guess that depends on your volume.
