I have recently begun selling on ebay again so I am currently establishing a good selling history with paypal so my recent transactions are complete but under "pending balance". I understand this and am far from reaching the requirements. I am confused because one payment I received yesterday is actually complete. It doesn't say pending....a payment I received today is pending just like the rest....I am concerned because this particular transaction was late to pay and I did not get the usual "you have received a payment" email from service at paypal. Instead I got an email from the buyers email address but the message was like it was from paypal. Should I be concerned?
