Customers getting " Payment Not Completed" on Wix Invoices

Just recently as last Thursday my customers who are invoiced through Wix and routed to paypal using the paypal widget are not able to make payments once on the Paypal portal. Has anyone else every had this type of issue?

I was able to find this in the URL  - PayPal&pmUrl=paypal.com%2Fselfhelp&failureCode=6000
