Fake / phishing scam email - Pretending to be from PayPal?

I received the email below this afternoon. I did not click the link and I marked and a phishing scam. Noticed the difference in the sender's emails.

In any case, I went straight to PayPal website, checked my account and everything is normal.

Please confirm that this is a phishing scam.

@Vicky00

Yep obvious from the first 2 words, paypal never address you as Dear Customer or Dear Member they always use your full name.

Also paypal would never tell you to enter sensitive info via a link in an email, they would tell you to log in normally and go to the message or resolution centre.

Also paypal do not send emails with nonsense like this ''you may have up to go accounts on log in'' which makes no sense.

Glad you didn't fall for it.
