Hi,
I logged into my godaddy account to renew my domain for 2 years. So I clicked that and I also clicked the option to keep my info private. I went to the check out page but decided to check out what godaddy charged for SSL certification. I opened a different window and found the option. It was auto-checked for 2 years. I checked a few other sites before deciding to wait and think about it. But when I clicked the button to complete my transaction on the other page, it auto added in a 2 year payment for SSL certification. How do I get that payment refunded? I don't want to cancel the whole transaction, just that part. Is that possible?
Thanks for any help.
