Same type of issue here.... I have spent over 12 hours on the phone over the last 6 days.... account limits for only the first $500 per month! Then they increased to $1000 per month... and its stuck there.... at the same time they are doing "One Off" holds... or thats what they call them. They say selling patterns, transaction amounts... no I dea what triggers.... One day this month I sold $34.00 PAID, $60 HOLD, $475 PAID, $215 HOLD, $575 HOLD, $21 PAID... In that order in ONE DAY! I keep calling... everyone says nothing they can do etc..... I have NEVER had a charge back, NEVER had a case and only ONE refund.... this account has been open 7 months and didnt have this issue in the begining at all... now I do.... No Idea what is going on... but it puts me in a rough spot.... oh ya.. Did I mention my Ebay Selling Limit is $550,000.00 Ya over HALF a MILLION... But, I can only access $ 1,000 per month? Time for us SELLERS to either stand up and remind them that WE PAY THEM!.. WE ARE THEIR CUSTOMER!... or find another processor that will value our LEGIT Business!
