How can I transfer my mobile phone's credit to someone's paypal account?

It's about as the title says, I really need to pay someone by my mobile phone to their Paypal account. It asks me to add a creditcard while I only want to pay by my mobie phone to them. Thanks in advance! 🙂

If PayPal requires a credit card in order for you  to send money, then you need to add a credit card.
