How do I hide postage value when using Paypal shipnow for first class international large envelope?

I am trying to print labels without postage amount showing but see no option for it. All of my labels print with postage visible but another seller sent me an image of their label with postage hidden. She said it happens automatically. I called PP and they said you can't hide postage on international shipments which I am pretty sure is not true.
Can anyone help?
Another question re: the customs form available through shipnow. My PO says I cannot use a customs form with First Class International Large Envelope but is is certainly an option in Shipnow. Any thoughts?
Finally, when I use the customs form in shipnow it does not give me option to select merchandise but the other seller I mentioned above has "merchandise" appear on her customs form when she selects option: "other". When I select "other", "other" is what actually shows on my form. I don't understand how this is possible.

I have screen shots from eBay/Paypal transactions where you can select option not to display postage amount on international package. I also have a screen shot of a postage label printed by another Paypal shipnow user and postage is not displayed. That is the basis for what I said.

Yes, I am aware of that. That field appears in ship now for domestic packages but it does not appear when you select and international destination. However, for some reason, perhaps in Paypal preferences, another user gets labels printed with postage amount not appearing but when I print it does. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you.

"Display Postage Value on Label
If you select this option, the cost of shipping will be included on the label. This option is not available to international destinations."
I just tried to test both classic ship now and new ship now and both have no tick box to turn off or on the postage display for intl.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I see what your link says but I could post a picture, I could show you that information is not correct.

That does not look like the PayPal ShipNow layout at all. Classic view or the new version, at least on my end. That is eBay Shipping. I do not see the Display postage value on label check box for intl destination on PayPal ShipNow.
Like the shipping help link from PayPal I posted, the tick box to enable and disable display postage on label is not available for intl shipments.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
