I recently refunded some products I bought within the same day and was immediately refunded the amount. The certain amount isn't showing up on the prepaid card even though it is shown on the paypal history it was refunded.
As long as the original payment transaction now has an associated refund then all will be well. It will take several days, even up to 30, for the refund process to complete.
