Invoices Not Being Received By Buyers

Can anyone help? I have had this problem a few times on and off over the past few years but its seems to have reared its ugly head again for some reason and is making me look very unprofessional to my customers.

 

Whenever I send a PayPal invoice, my customers are not received an email nor am I receiveing the confirmation email that it has been sent.

 

This is happening to various email accounts (hotmail, gmail etc). I've tried sending reminders against the invoices too but they don't receive them either. What has happened in the past week to settings or something that is making this happen and how can I get it resolved ASAP.

Same problem here!  Been happening ALOT the last week.  Today it is extra terrible.  Not one of my customers received their invoice!  What is going on???

Same here.  Started early last week, with a pretty lengthy delay between sending the invoice and having it actually send.  Same for confirmations.  Yesterday, it took 6 hours for my customer to get an invoice and for me to get a confirmation that it was sent.  My last customer was able to view it on his PayPal app before he actually received the email version.

Same. Sent an invoice at 915 last night that I didn't get an email confirmation until around 2am! Wouldn't even show up in my PayPal account until this afternoon ( the next day). Client still has not received it. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?
