List of retailers selling PrePaid PayPal Cards

I've been purchasing PrePaid PayPal Cards from CVS here in Maine for some time now. However I learned from the manager in a local CVS store their management instructed the stores to pull ALL PrePaid PayPal Cards off the shelves. He didnt know what was behind that decision. So they are no longer available from that chain.

Please provide a list of other retailers in Maine that are resellers for the cards.

The My Cash cards in general are being discontinued.  Please use PayPal CASH method instead.  No cards needed.
