So I have money in my balance on my PayPal account and I also just linked a debit card. The money in my balance doesn't account for the money on my debit card. So if I make an online payment, will I be able to use money from my PayPal balance as well as my debit card simutaneously to make a payment or is the money considered separate on PayPal?
