I have called them 2 times today,where they were to call back withing a time frame without losing my place in line. They did not call. My phone system records every phone call - messages, in out and missed calls. Still no calls to resolve. I have the proof. I was new as a seller but not as a buyer. A buyer for 4 yrs or so. How can I resolve the hold of money $85? Why won't they call when they say? I am not happy and strongly thinking that paypal is just not good.
