I created a UPS label that I not only messed up twice, but did not cancel properly. Now I have two pending UPS authorizations for close to $30.00 each. I have called Pay Pal twice as well as UPS twice. Both parties keep pointing a finger to the other. My goal is to remove the two pending charges and have the money returned to my PayPal account.

i did that with a usps label. eventually paypal did reverse it, thru working with the usps refund request. it takes a few days though. maybe 5 business days if i recall correctly. after that, if it isn't refunded, i'd open a dispute on paypal
