I use a Thai bank account, Bangkok Bank for my living and work in Thailand. I can easily transfer money from PP to this account, but I would like to be able to send money from the account to PP.
Sorry, currently Top Up or add money to PayPal Balance for Thailand accounts is not available, but you can select your linked debit card (that comes with your bank account?) or a credit card to send payments.
No, you cannot add money from your bank account, debit, or credit card to your Thai PayPal account at all. That service is not available. But you can buy something online with debit or credit card or send money with your debit or credit card. Or use your PayPal Balance when someone sends you payments.
That is not the answer I was hopeing for. It does seem a weakness in PP Thailand, certainly if PP want to move into the Thai market. People want to be able to move their money into and out of Thailand.
