Transfer money from PayPal to Mastercard

Hello,

So, I've got some money that I'd like to cash out. But, as direct transfer to bank acc works only in US, i thought to simply transfer it on my card (debit one i believe), so I'll cash it on the atms right ... But, I can't seem to find the answer on how to do that either?

I just reliazed my credit card isn't confirmed (whatever that means, since I already payed(recived) thousand times), so I've sent the request, and waiting on digit number just in case that's what's stopping me. 

But, in case that isn't the issue, thought to write here for help. I''m from Serbia by the way, and I've checked "the list"of which countries can withdraw money to a credit card, and Serbia was listed there, so hope it will work out on the end..

You have to confirm your card first.  Once that has completed, click transfer to your bank link under the PayPal Balance, select your credit card and click continue.

Hello,

Today I confirmed my card succefully. And, I went and lick withdraw funds- but as soon as i click that, a pop up window says "You'll need to add a bank account". I don't understand.

When I click on the confirmed card before clicking withdraw funds, all i get is a picture of a card and option to edit details.

Also i forgot to mention this in reply above (forgot i can actaully edit post), what i don't understand. Do I have to have PayPal Prepaid thing card or something? I linked my own personal card, it's not PayPal Debit something, or PayPal Prepaid something.. It's just a mastercard debit card ..

link a bank issued Visa card,Paypal clears thru VISA Europe,your bank has to be a member.

Alright, that totally worked! And I didn't even have to 'confirm' that new card I just added.

Also, they charge me 4e fee, I'm so **bleep** with that!

visa europe charges Paypal a fee,nothing is free in life.
