If you have a Paypal business account,you can apply for one,and use it in stores and restaurants as a credit card,Paypal will give you 1% cash rebate,the payments would come from your Paypal balance backed by bank fund.
you can also use it as a debit card,withdraw money from ATM,eat and be merry,you just wont get 1$ cash rebate from Paypal.
The Paypal business debit card is a Master Charge card adn should be accepted where MC is accepted,but lately there seems to be some problem,some places would decline it.
I just used it yesterday at gas station and hair salon,no problem.
