I had sent an invoice to someone,and I had gotten an email saying he had paid and I would have to wait 21 days to recieve money or show tracking to speed it up. I had showed tracking and the products had been delivered. The buyer had told me he would accept payment once recived products. It has been over 21 days now and I still haven't recieved my money. The buyer had blocked me on everything and won't accept payment. I contacted paypal over messages and all the repsond is that I have to wait 21 days and this automatic message. I would really like help on this and want my money. Someone please help.
What does "the buyer would accept payment once received products", even mean? That they will mark payment transaction "Item Received"? You have to call customer service to request release of funds, allow up to a couple days for the request to process.
Can't say. This is not PayPal customer service. They are the ones in charge of releasing the money. It's better to call to request release, if it is taking longer than usual and you uploaded tracking, it shows delivered, etc. IF they put the request through, allow a couple days for funds to be available.
