limited account , upload documents and passed 8 days still got no reply from PayPal

my account got limited and paypal requested me to upload the documents , i uploaded the docements and it has passed 8 days and my account is not restored yet and i have send more than 10-15 messages and i didn't got a single reply , please help

Be patient, it is an 8 PayPal day wait, not actually 8 days. A few more for the weekend days that don't count.

After you upload the documents PayPal personnel will need to review them and investigate all potential implications to make sure there are no discrepancies.  Depending on what caused the iniitial limitation there is no guarantee that the investigation will end favorably.

You are the only who who knows the details about your identity documents and PayPal issues.
