cannot buy GTA 5 white shark card from G2A.com or Microsoft store on xbox

cannot buy a product.
I am trying to buy a GTA 5 Money card from G2A.com
I get a error saying

Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

I have tried buying this same product from the microsoft store on my xbox, but i get a error too

Please help.
