Typically, payments to this merchant are part of a billing agreement. If you don't recognize the merchant, or want to discontinue the charges, you'll want to cancel it using the steps listed here. It's past the time frame to dispute the charge from July, but any transactions within the last six months (180 days) can be reported using these details. I hope this information helps!
