How to link PC Financial to Paypal?

I'm unable to link my PC Financial account to Paypal.

- It does not appear in the list of common banks, so I chose "other" and manually entered bank name and my account info (card number, branch number, etc)

- Everything's fine until I get to confirm page. If I try to confirm instantly, it asks me to enter my CIBC card number/password, but it gives me error that I entered in wrong credentials, even though I entered in the correct ones because I just used these. Yes I know PC is division of CIBC

- The only choice I have is to use the micro-deposit method. So I chose that, and it says it's made the deposits and ask me to enter the amount. However I go to my PC Financial online banking page and I do not see any micro-deposits in my account. Yes I entered in correct credentials, I literally checked 3 times

Can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to link PC Financial account?

I have the same issue and its 2017. There shouldn't be an issue linking Bank Accounts to PayPal regardless what bank or instutition you are using. I want this resolved by PayPal. Please.

So I had the same issue, ended up doing the micro deposits and it successfully linked my bank account to Paypal, but when I tried to use uber last night the payment did not go through. I am wonder if it is possible to link the PC debit card (that has no expiry date) to PayPal. I don't see it as an option because it's neither Visa, American Express, Master Card or Discover. 

How do PC financial users use paypal? Is the only possible method to keep transferring money from your bank into the Wallet and use that?? Which would suck because it takes a week or so to transfer money into paypal through the bank
